What I learned in the first 3 weeks of Husky Football

Here's what I learned:
1. Team looks physically good.
2. We are definitely capable.
3. By the 2nd half of the third dreckfest we were ready to move on to league play.
4. Team looks a lot more like standard Pete teams than our last two.
Here's what I still need to learn:
1. Are we mentally TUFF ENUFF to beat Zona on the road?
2. Can we sustain a high level of play through adversity in games that matter?
3. Even though we are capable of winning 10, can we nut up and do it?
Would've been nice to play a decent P5 team, but league play will be here soon enough and each of the first 3 games will tell us a lot.
No real complaints other than Jake turning the ball over off backside pressure.

They took care of business and they put all of these teams away by the half. I remember when they were ranked too high in the Septembers of 2002 and 2003. They really had to struggle to put away some inferior teams. You got a bad vibe from it, like, "Is this team really a top 15 team? It sure doesn't seem like it." They are better than that.
My big concern is the o line, specifically run blocking. Despite that, this conference sucks this year and they can probably cake walk to 7-2 if not better. OTOH, 5-4 shouldn't shock anyone after the past 15 years of mismanagement. -
Can gaskin make a play when we need it? He seems in auto pilot so far.

Here's what I learned.
1) New Jersey girls put out quick.
2) Phones are expensive.
3) Our OL is questionable at best.
4) Dennis had a Maserati which really pissed me off.
