I don't know if it's as much him sucking as it is being asked to play in this retarded offensive scheme. He shouldn't be on the field at this point in his career. IMO. But say he has to play, hypothetically. A smart coach would have him throwing like 20 times a game and limiting mistakes while they ran the ball down the other team's throat.
