Directv was right about the Pac-12 Network all along

http://www.sportsmediawatch.com/college-football-tv-ratings/#week6
Even the Oregon-Washington game only got 1.76 million viewers.
Why the fuck would Directv want to bend over for the Pac-12 network?

Nobody even bothers with Fox Sports 1. The Pac 12 is as dumb as ever. Every Alabama game against an SEC opponent is on ESPN or CBS, but Oregon still has games on Fox Sports 1. This game was even the marquee game of the Pac 12 season so far, yet it was on Fox Sports 1 a channel some people don't even get, and over half the people that do aren't even aware they have it.TierbsHsotBoobs said:No one even bothers to watch the games on Fox Sports 1:

Why would anyone besides Oregon fans want to watch a preordained outcome like last Saturday's?

Gurgle, Snap, or Pow. Take your pick; I will provide the water, the rope, or the gun.Canard said:Why would anyone besides Oregon fans want to watch a preordained outcome like last Saturday's?
The world would be better off without the likes of an oxygen thief such as yourself.
Cunt.

I sure do hope low ratings won't cause a reduction in revenue each team is supposed to get from the $3 billion TV contract. Didn't we borrow the money in advance to build the new stadium? If TV revenues fall, how will we pay back our loan?

You must have missed the latest prediction....#StadiumDefault

I'm gonna doog it up and take the bait because Canard is such a worthless cunt. If Gameday is there, it is the game of the week. The press was pumping this game up. It had some buzz. A game like that should not be on Fox Sports 1. It should be on ABC, Fox, or ESPN. What happened during the game is irrelevant to how FS the Pac 12 is.Canard said:Why would anyone besides Oregon fans want to watch a preordained outcome like last Saturday's?
As for the fact that is was a preordained outcome, yryk, but you're still a cunt.

Winner. The Ore-Wash ratings say a lot more about FS1 than they do about overall interest in this game. What any of this has to do with P12Net is a mystery.RoadDawg55 said:...A game like that should not be on Fox Sports 1. It should be on ABC, Fox, or ESPN...

Since you can't connect the dots, I'll type a bit more slowly this time.TTJ said:

People don't even watch marquee Pac-12 games on a NATIONAL network that they all have.
Why the fuck would anyone bother watching mediocre Pac-12 games on a REGIONAL conference network? -
Y'all scream "cunt" like it's supposed to sting or something. Save the keystrokes, DGAF.
The TV partners rotate their picks. I don't even know or care who had pick number one last weekend, but to think that our very regional and unusually uncompetitive #2 versus haven't been within three scores of #2 in a decade was going to get the ABC nod over The Mack Brown Deathwatch Edition of the Red River Hick Fight isn't realistic. If Sark had knocked off Stanford, maybe some dealing gets done for #2 v. #8 or so, but not short of that.
As for Fox proper, they are in a fiscal partnership with TBS to not nationally counter program the Dodgers-Cardinals NLCS, which was airing at the same time as UO-UW. Did you happen to notice the Fox "A" college crew doing the FS1 commentary? MLB was why the game was on the FOX junior station.
Does FS1 suck? Sure, but it only matters to programs desperately needing free pub. Money is the same, and the Ducks won't overtake Alabama in the polls without their tripping. Maybe the game time should have been moved, but with DET@BOS later that evening it didn't matter, the game was destined for cable.
Gameday? FFS, that show is played out. The Ducks have been half of the equation on that show so many times, I've lost track and interest. Getting all wet for GD to swing by is something to get excited about in Pullme. Doog-a-palooza was always irrelevant as to who was going to air the latest mismatch. -
Fox proper had the Baylor v K-State game on, which kicked off 30 minutes prior to Plunger Rape #10.Canard said:Y'all scream "cunt" like it's supposed to sting or something. Save the keystrokes, DGAF.

Waco+Manhattan KS=weakest possible sports based nationwide counter program.

And yet, it was the better game and probably got the better rating.Canard said:Waco+Manhattan KS=weakest possible sports based nationwide counter program.

The real problem is NOBODY WANTS TO WATCH A BUNCH OF KITCHEN-DWELLERS KICK A SOCCER BALL OUT OF BOUNDS 50% of the viewing day. Lady basketball will kill the pac12 network. PERIOD. !!!! Show EVERY present and all classic football games around the clock and DTV would jump aboard.
DTV has ZERO FUCKING DESIRE to broadcast girls-sports. WAKE UP BITCHES, nobody cares about women's lacrosse. Now take the other end of the sticks, and rub your pussies on camera, and people will watch your sport! -

Ditch the bitch! Hire away the big10 format director and do away with lady-golf. Insert the 1978 rose bowl.
