They haven't gotten it since the democrats purchased it with our tax money. I'll help out 1964 is when blacks turned their collective back on the party of Lincoln that saved them from slavery. Democrats voted no to a man on freeing them, allowing them to vote and on and on. they sold out for the crumbs of society. Quite sad really.
