I would. When it comes to fictional movies/tv shows/video games, I like to live vicariously through the main characters. When I was a kid, I spent a lot of time pretending to be fictional male protagonists like Luke Skywalker. When the main protagonist is a woman, I can still enjoy the work, but I can't visualize myself as the character. Why? Because I'm a man, and pretending/wanting to have a vagina just doesn't sit right with me. So there is definitely a downgrade in overall enjoyability when the main character is a woman.

And obviously, if the point of looking at somebody is to BRBJO, then I'd prefer to look at a woman, and I'd prefer it be pornography rather than a sci-fi movie. If it's both, that's fine too, because it will probably be hilarious.
