Under the provisions of the new five-year agreement, the use of “12th Man” on the Ring of Honor in the Seahawks’ CenturyLink Field in Seattle will no longer occur, nor will there be any references to “12th Man” be used by the Seahawks in social media.We all win.

Yes but elsewhere it was revealed that the Seahawks have the copyright on the terms "12" and "12s". So much Owen16 is needed.
Also, apparently it is possible to copyright a number. -
