    so.... your shifting contention NOW is... Kasich, given the power of domestic and foreign policy... without bearing any of the responsibility... didn't have the confidence in his own abilities to make the right decisions?

    Except that's not how it works. That is not the role of the VP and never has been.

    It was a BS offer to get Ohio in the fold. Kasich saw through it and declined.
