What's coming (or allready here in some people's mind) under Gender equity, equal rights for all, etc is the PC way of saying participation awards for everyone just like in grade school where it's a tie and everyone wins, EXCEPT if your a white male in America, then because you've had your chance know get in the back of the line.Tequilla said:But what really is gender equity?

Since I fall into that category (and add old/obsolete as well), it's not me that can change this. As I tell people all the time, America has to decide where they want to go. It appears towards the route Europe has taken (god that has worked out well for them), but I still hold out hope.
