Texas and Tennessee are two programs mirroring the expectation of Washington. Mostly Texas, but paper talent is there, a new system, a new expectation, blah blah.
We probably have the best QB of the 3 which is the big question mark for all of them. -
Texas has way too uncertain of a QB position to be in the mix with Tennessee and Washington.

The ironical thing about this is that for years the low hanging fruit to make fun of was doogs saying that you had to have 5th year starters all across the OL, experienced QB, etc. to win ... and now the company line to explain why UW can't win is because they don't have 5th year starters all across the OL, multi-year starter at QB, etc. -
