    Actually, no one is forced to get insurance. Never mind the fact that the demand issue is dealt with by exchanges.

    Do you really think people's health should be a profit center? Did you prefer it when insurance companies could deny treatments based on profit rather than your health?

    In #realworld, you pony up co pays in cash, in advance, or you get the treatment offered NOT the treatment you necessarily want or need to survive.
