So basically the argument Baylor alums are making is that it isn't Briles' fault that he and his staff weren't properly trained on how to warn players to not sexually assault women, and how to report incidents of sexual assault to authorities when said incidents occur?

    OK!

What's the going pay for a Title IX coordinator? Because, that seems like easy work for cushy pay.

    Hi. They both suck historically.
TCU has won 2 national titles (1935, 1938), 18 conference championships, 39 1st team All Americans, has a historical record of 623-523-24, and has a 15-15-1 record in 31 bowl games including 12 major bowls at the time of the bowl game.

Baylor has never won a national title, 9 conference championships, 16 1st team All Americans, a historical record of 581-551-44, an 11-11 record in 22 bowl games including 6 major bowls at the time of the bowl game.

There's a stark difference between the two programs.

For comparison purposes, Washington's stats are as follows:

    National Championships: 2 (1960, 1991)
    Conference Championships: 15
    Record: 703-440-50
    1st Team All Americans: 21
Bowl Record: 18-17-1 (36 bowl appearances)
    Major Bowls: 15

Which is why they'll keep Coach Briles around if they know what's good for 'em.

Only Coach Briles would want to coach football in Waco instead of taking a severance package and living out retirement on a lake getting tan, rested, and ready

The football coach isn't responsible for the actions of his players off the field. The 20 hours a week limit saw to that
