    There's a massive amount of excess capacity in the global steel industry and China easily is the leader due to their massive stimulus in 2009 and again in Q1 of this year.

    I agree that the absentee Chinese residents with five vacant U.S. condos apiece are fucking us, but how in the world do you enforce it? It's really up to each individual city to levy huge taxes on properties that aren't occupied for a certain number of days per year.

    Agree. And many of those Chinese investors have real deep pockets.

    This may be the tinfoil post of the Day but who's to say they wouldn't do some tanking to help push momentum towards the next down turn.
