Frequency, I'd go with Margaery because I've seen her previous work in The Tudors and she has knowledge that couldn't be properly tapped in just one sitting.
Desire/Lust - probably Ygritte because she's a fucking crazy bitch redhead and crazy bitch redheads are good for once, and only once.
