I made this point in the thread that I bumped back up re: her interview with Softy back in January, but ultimately, she'll be judged on whether or not she can prove us wrong from the expectations that we have:
1) That she's not going to make the tough decision that needs to be made about Romar when it is required
2) She won't turn around the in general marketing and related around the program that is stuck reaching for answers instead of really knowing what they are doing
3) She's unsuccessful at turning the UW AD back into the cash cow that it should be (which in so doing makes the tough decision regarding Romar easier to stomach)

One other quick thought on Cohen that is worth pointing out ... her responsibilities the last 2 years have included football and baseball ... hard to argue with the success that the baseball program is having at the moment.
She still has a lot of prove it out there to me ... but to act like she doesn't have some good in her resume is not being fair or balanced.
