Doog Dynasty Off-Season Natty Rolls On

We need to finish better than #16
Hilarious that UW could very easily be in the top 10 after starting 3-0, at the very worst the top 15, and still be the same old dumbfuck UW we all know and hate.
Looking at the schedule, it is definitely possible that UW goes 3-3 after dropping consecutive games @ Arizona, to Furd, and @ Oregon.
UW needs to start a minimum of 5-1 or the season is over. Going 4-2 is salvageable, but means we likely lost to Oregon which puts a damper on any other achievements.
Start 6-0 and this place will go ballistic, and UW will likely be nearing top 5 territory.
At the very least it's cool to see both state teams projected to be decent. Nice change. And yes, I do root for the Cougs when they don't play UW. Fuck off. -
Agree 4-2 would be salvageable but it should be the bare minimum. No way should this team be losing to AZ and frankly should beat Stanford at home.

One slot ahead of Jacob "I've made a huge fucking mistake" Eason

Voted down for last sentence. You gotta be shitting me.
Although that is the classiest thing I have seen posted here in a while. We only cheer for one team at HuskyJW's house. -
If UW starts the actual season 1-2, the season is over.
In other words, the season is over. -
If UW loses to Rutgers and I don't post for a month, add me to the roadkill list because I officially set myself on fire and jumped off the Golden Gate.

5-1 is almost essential. This program can not afford to stay in any way mediocre.
But remember, I'm a major Doog... -

Nothing is easy for this program...unless of course you're a lesbian looking to make your "mark".salemcoog said:

4 Norf teams and 1 team from the loaded Souf in the top 25?
-
I love it. We were 7-6 last year with the worse offense in the conference, but yet we're somehow going to be one of the best teams in the country next year.
Can we accuse the national media of doogin? -
the south is loaded this year. That is what I am hearing.whlinder said:4 Norf teams and 1 team from the loaded Souf in the top 25?

#16 isnt one of the best teams in the country. #16 sucks. #16 sucks only marginally less than UW has sucked for the last 7 years of 4-5/5-4.Passion said:I love it. The offense couldnt be worse. If Browninghispants can manage one 4th quarter comeback instead of going 0-5 then boom, top 20 here we come. -

#16 is 9-3 with a strong schedule or 10-2 with a weak schedule.
Last year before the conference championship games Oregon was #16 in the AP. Be like Oregon nothing else matters.
#13-19 between AP and coaches was some combo of 9-3 Michigan, 9-3 Oregon, 10-2 Ok St, 9-3 Hotty Toddy, 10-2 Northwestern, 10-2 Florida and 11-1 Houston. -
If you aren't in the playoff, you definitely suck. You can still make the playoff and suck like Oklahoma and Sparty did last year.whlinder said:

Mike Leach made big strides in the Cougar program in yr 3 that didn't show up in the win column... according to Moos... and now they're whispering the "D" word again.

They went 6-3 in the conference. UW hasn't been that good since 2000.sarktastic said:Mike Leach made big strides in the Cougar program in yr 3 that didn't show up in the win column... according to Moos... and now they're whispering the "D" word again.

Judges would have accepted 3-9 in year 3
(hence, the infamous Moosism) -
