Neighbors head to court over swastika display
WENATCHEE — A former psychologist says his Wenatchee neighbor erected a Nazi swastika on his outbuilding as part of a long-running feud over their property line.
James D. Goodwin, who is Jewish, first noticed the white-on-black swastika posted on neighbor K.N. Klinginsmith's shop barn Feb. 1. In court filings, Klinginsmith admitted tacking the symbol up, but said he was not aware Goodwin was Jewish and meant no harm.

He should of just said it was a sun wheel or Indian (dot, not feather) art or Buddhist shrine insignia.
