Plus for you b-ball hom's Kansas would have came along for the ride as well.
But hey according to Bill Walton, we are "the conference of champions (in sports no one cares about)"

If Texas A & M and Mizzou are able to deal with the travel, it won't be a problem for OKl and Texas. Unless the Pac 12 changes their leadership and tact, it will be a bottom feeder soon, with USC, or w/o them.doogsinparadise said:

Sure, of course right now you see the PAC as descendent, but do you really think that Texas would be comfortable submitting to the hegemony of the SEC? After that Oklahoma goes wherever their older bro goes. -

You aren't very sharp if you think Boise State, Fresno State and BYU will ever be in the Pac-whatever in the future. The furthest outliers to the conference academically are UofO, OSU, and ASU.
The conference is also non-sectarian.
