This is a joke and a pretty good one, but you are on to something. Sark absorbed some stuff from working for Carroll, unfortunately for him he seems to have mostly absorbed the superficial shit ("a circus atmosphere around the program helps players learn to focus, plus it's fun!"), rather than the important stuff.
