"Tough to beat" does not equal "likely." This early in the game SE rarely looks to make big predictive statements. If he does people on the boards like to throw those quotes back in his face down the road.

Whatever way you want to say it, USC is one of his favorites and if they offer, they will be tough to beat. You could also say since USC is one of his favorites, it's likely he commits there if they offer. At least that is the info we are hearing right now.

I am by no means saying UW doesn't have a chance. Just got a good laugh out of the wording on this thread. I know it's way too early to make predictions and things change on a weekly basis. It's a bummer the staff doesn't want to make early predictions in fear of being called out down the road. If DM posters are really going hold onto recruitment speculation/thoughts a year before signing day then shame on them and they obviously don't know much about recruiting. With info a bit slower this time of year, those way too far in advance reads/predictions make the board more fun.
