Although to be fair to Obama he has kicked the GOP's ass since he took office. Another reason for Trump's success.
We see in the Supreme Court dust up that the GOP threatening to have a spine has Obama at least considering nominating a GOP landscaper for the position. He has rarely compromised because the GOP folds their hand before he had to. We'll see how this plays out -
