Observation, game is supposedly on fox sports 1 (per scorecenter), would espn run gameday in a game they're not covering? Or do they buy the rights to air from fox?

They covered atm - Alabama a few weeks ago which CBs had. As bad as BSPN has become, they are pretty good about picking the best or most interesting game/atmosphere. usually...
I'm not totally sure about the rights but it seems like they wouldn't have to buy them... it's usually just public land they're using unless its a private university. -
