The police is correct at least 81% of the time.
-
Seems to be justified from the details. And the guy who was killed seemed to be a shit human being
-
We know the flow chart though.
If not justifiable the regressive blame the police.
If justifiable they push for more gun control -
I'm going to go on a limb and say everyone gets cleared in the death.

If only there had been some law that could have prevented him from having a gun
and he hadn't tried to pull it on cops that already had their guns trained on him, he'd be alive today. -
Did he poast here?
-
Might as well not even shoot the perp

it's hard to know anything from that dashcam footage though. A bodycam would have been useful

Let me see:dhdawg said:it's hard to know anything from that dashcam footage though. A bodycam would have been useful
1. Convicted felon
2. Repeatedly told to show his hands.
3. Felon knows he's going to prison for a long time as it's a felony for him to have a gun
besides the crime he's being sought for.
4. Reaches for said gun.
5. Felon is permanently rehabilitated posing no more danger to the public.
6. Outcome of contact was determined by dead felons actions.
7. The public needs to buy those cops a drink and thank them for their service. Being
forced to shoot a criminal isn't fun for them. It's a very tough thing to go through.
Body cams are not a panacea. They often do not point in the direction of the action as the wearers body is usually bladed with the officers gun side away from the suspect causing the camera to point 45 degrees off center.
