As aside note, I hate to be that guy but the premise of this is retarded. Romar is plenty "qualified" for his job. He played at UW, played in the NBA, assistant coached a national championship team, and head coached at two other d-1 schools before being named had coach of a below average pac-12 basketball program.

He's qualified, he just sucks.
