Intense movie, holy fuck. DiCaprio, Tom Hardy, and Grizzly P. Bear kill it
Inarritu needs to direct Blood Meridian, not James fucking Franco

I personally don't think it will ever happen, for obvious reasons. If it does, it will likely be watered down B.S.
But if anyone could do it, it would be Inarritu -
I heard it was problematic. Heroic white male conquers the frontier, like.

Sounds like Leo needs to check his Oscars privilege!

Pretty sure Blood Meridian won the OFFICIAL HHBv1.0 book club book of the century award...so they better not fuck it up. -
No Country for Old Men was awesome. I actually liked the movie more than the book.ThomasFremont said:

That said, it's really different from Blood Meridian.
Anton Chigurh and The Judge have a lot in common, though.
Shave Javier Bardem's head and have him be Judge Holden -
They're different. I just don't think it would have to be watered down.PostGameOrangeSlices said:

Leo just got raped by a bear, and he's gonna win an Oscar.
Django Unchained and 12 Years a Slave were violent and brutal. Oscar nominees.
Any of the fucked up stuff can still get in under the "it's ok because that was the olden days" clause. -

Perhaps, I just dont think a movie would be able to portray it with an R rating.
