Feeney and Littleton to combine,

Don James could bitch down anybody on his squad with a stare, and Littleton would rip off your head and shit in your neck.Dennis_DeYoung said:Littleton impressed me more than Feeney this year. Feeney has tremendous physical gifts and barely scratched the surface of them. Littleton got bitched down by a stare.
And, while that's true, there are other things about him that were interesting... he actually played really fucking well.
I don't think either of their game translates particularly well to the NFL, but obviously Feeney is a more NFL-type body. If Feeney can continue improvement and finally put on some fucking weight, he might stick in the NFL.
I'd be surprised if Littleton did, strictly because there just aren't a ton of 6-1.5, 225 DEs in the NFL. But I don't watch too much, so there could have been a recent influx of them I'm not aware of.

Brings up a good poont. If Johnny Timu can make a NFL roster then Feeney and Littleton should be locks (at least for free agent slots).NeGgaPlEaSe said:

How many games did he miss?AEB said:Feeney will breakdown quickly in the NFL. He couldn't stay healthy for a full season in 5 yrs at UW.
Edit: Looked it up and he never missed a game. He's had a couple surgeries, but I have a hard time saying a guy that played every game over four seasons can't stay healthy. -

Fair point. My only counter was in at least two games this year his production was limited due to injuries sustained the week prior: Stanford and OSU. So, given your facts (which are true and fair), I'll qualify my statement with, it is my opinion give the number of injuries sustained, off-season surgeries, spring practices missed, thin frame, and unfulfilled potential, he's likely not to have a long professional career.RoadDawg55 said:

I knew some big, tuff motherfuckers that didn't want a stare from DJ and would have done exactly what Littleton did if they did get one....unless they wanted to run stairs for the rest of their days at Montlake
