What is ironic is that some view the state as so evil, that they want to hold their budgeting practices to a higher standard than what the private sector practices... giving the private sector a pass because it isn't tax payer money... yet ignoring the fact that their argument that the "private sector does everything better" argument is a pile of horse shit.
For the comment that large corporations don't waste taxpayer money. Lol really? They are complaining wanting lower tax rates. Why don't they just cut some fat to become more profitable?
Let me help both of you out. The Government is responsible for providing the highest quality of services possible based on the funding available to their programs. They report to the tax payer, not the other way around as you libs seem to believe.
Big companies and corporations are responsible to their shareholders and that is it. If the bottom line is good, the BoD and shareholders don't care about expenditures such as R and D and promotion being what some may believe to be excessive.

Yes I 'm aware that the Government sub contracts to private industry for many things. However that contractors responsiblity is to produce the product on time and on budget just like they would do for their other private customers. Not for the public welfare.2001400ex said:
