WSU had a great team in 2015. The team consistently improved throughout the season. Although the team lost to California and Stanford, they covered the Vegas spread in both those games.

Also the potential impact of VA in the Oregon game is highly speculative. Adams basic play early on was the scramble deep throw. Who knows how well that would have worked, especially in the rain. The Ducks did score 31 in regulation with their regular offense and Adams was not very good at running that offense early on.

Can you imagine if they wouldn't have stubbed their toe against Portland State and they had a healthy Falk against UW? Possible playoff.

The Oregon Qbs made some very good plays vs WSU and it is hard to say what impact a different Duck Qb would have made."
Yet the same narrative goes if Falk plays in the Apple Cup WSU wins easily.
