Reflecting on last nights loss it puts any glimmer of ncaa hope in serious jeopardy and the next 5 games will likely determine the season(NIT NIT NIT). A win last night allows UW another quality win in conference and leaves us? sitting at a respectable 6-1 going into a brutal stretch of games. Instead we? drop to 5-2 with the following grueling contests.
@ UCLA and USC
Home vs ASU and UofA
@ Utah
To think about staying in the race for the ncaa you have to imagine a 2-3 at the absolute worst. 3-2 would likely be a dream scenario as then we'd get Colorado, Cal and Stanford. 3-2 put us at 8-4 and in a good spot to finish.
ASU and UCLA seem to be must wins on this stretch with a hope of pulling something on USC. I don't see a win on the road @utah nor beating UofA.
With a lot of season remaining UW is starting to sniff the 12 line in bracket predictions. UCLA, USC , UofA and utah all sit higher which makes these games even more valuable.

We're now looking at 2-2, with a big IF to win on the road at utah and colorado. Will be interesting to see how this team plays on the road in two high altitude areas, especially in utah who regularly has a massive home court advantage.

Script says WE get in position to need only 1 win in the P12 tourney to get into the dance, but we lose to Oregon state in the 1st round.
