Stop living in the past. You've got fucktards in a park and more white supremacist/neo-nazi groups in Oregon today than in Alabama.
Give me the worst bigot in all the South, and I guarantee he's easier to get along with, for whites and blacks, than most of the self-hating, take-themselves-too-seriously, anti-social, liberal assholes running Seattle, trying to blur all distinctions between men and women, encouraging every person to play the victim card and blame others for all their ills. Face it and fuck it! Our Seattle culture fucking sucks compared to the South.
    Disagree.

    Poor people are the worst.

Maybe that's why I hate you.
No, Teddy. You hate me because I call you out as the shit-posting Toady you are, always sucking up to J and the crowd, with no insights or spine of your own. If all I could do was tag-along and pile-on, I'd hate me for pointing it out too.

    You've never called me out.

If you have, you were wrong.

    Congrats.

Watson played a great game ... he missed some throws that were there for some big plays. Coker took advantage of the plays where there were opportunities.

Fully realizing that a big gainer is part of the production, but excluding Henry's 50 yard TD run, Clemson held Henry to 108 yards on 35 carries. Even with the run, Clemson's run game was actually more productive.

This game was decided by the big plays that Alabama made ... defensive busts and on special teams.

I said something quite similar, and Southerndawg busted my chops, but in a Southern Gentlemanly way. More Shelby Foote than Tennessee Williams.

I thought those big plays that gave Bama the lead shifted control of the game to Bama. With Clemson playing catch-up instead of Bama, it flipped the dynamics of the game, much like the Int in the first half where Clemson could've gone up by 2 TDs, which I felt they'd need because Bama would get it going sooner or later. Instead, after the pick, they tied it up 14-14 and Bama got off their heels and back onto their toes. As the game wore on, with Clemson trailing, the clock grew that much more important, and Bama had the upper hand. They could withstand a Clemson score, so long as Clemson didn't take the lead, because they could move the ball and burn clock, and that's ultimately how it played out. Another 2 minutes and it might have been a different game, but once Bama got over on Clemson by two scores, they held on tight enough to ride out the win. As close as the score ended up, I can't see how anyone would deny those busted coverages were critical, game-changing factors in the win.

LOL, cheers! I only disagreed with the idea that Clemson should be embarrassed. Clemson hung tough, hell they forced Saban's hand in rolling the dice with that on side kick. Otherwise I agree, ST and big plays were the difference, in fact that on side kick and the touchdown that followed two plays later were the crucial momentum shift for Alabama.

4th title in 7 years, from the ashes of Mike Shula's dreck. Oh and 5th title in 12 years with two different teams, the LSU title also after inheriting total dreck. Greatest college football coach of the modern era, period, exclamation point, etc.

He is great. But I think Urb will give him a run now that He's past all of the sanctions and what not.
