Compare her qualifications to those of her peers, including the guy she's replacing and try to convince yourself that she was selected as the best candidate available on the basis of her credentials and experience. Oh yeah, the fucking AD. It's fair to expect more of the same in that "search".

    Amazing how 5 months ago so many were dialed in that the hire would be Cohen ... small details may have been missed here and there (for instance I figured there would be no search fee if they were content on hiring Cohen ... yet the UW always proves that they know how to waste money with the best of them to keep up appearances ... I'm just too FS to think about being inefficient for appearances sake) ...
