I really think we need to be targeting a Power 5 person for this job that has experience with some turnaround and rebuild of a department.

just hire one the the guys from Houston, TCU, Southern Miss, Purdue, Wake Forrest, Georgia Tech, or something like that... UW should be able to pull away someone who has experience but wants a bigger pond
If not, just say fuck it and hire the Minnesotta AD and complete the transformation -
