Imagine the fun he will have with talent at LSU as DC.
Why do I see a scenario last night where SC calls him, says "hey were interested can we talk to you sometime next week"?
LSU then calls him and says "what is the number/years it takes to get you here"? He gives them the numbers, the guy on the other end relays it to the AD who gives him the thumbs up, and he tells Aranada "done, the plane will pick you and your family up Monday Morning. " -

Helton went what 5-4 after taking over for Sark.
When SC sucks (anytime since J. Rob in 70's minus the Pete C era) it always looks the same. Individual pieces add up to far more than what the total does.
That's the sense I get from the Trojan program right now.
