Doesn't that make the most sense?
Who knows Chip's current mental state. He might be burned out and yearns for a year off.
But if he can't be UW's offensive coordinator (Come on Woodward, make it happen!), Texas makes the most sense. He would have been a sensational hire for the Miami Hurricanes.

Steers and queers. Would have loved to see Chip at Miami. He would do well at Texas, don't get me wrong. But Chip's style fits at Miami. Speed speed speed. He would have brought back DA U and everything that comes with it. Besides, what good is Will Lyles gonna do when you already coach in Texas?
