If pig heads are outlawed only outlaws will have pig heads

Im not saying we need to outlaw all pig heads, only assault style pig heads, ones that have those shoulder thingys, and ones that look scary and are black.

We also need a waiting period for pig heads, the fact that you can just walk up to a pig and take its head on your lunch break is irresponsible
