When the P12 game/date schedule is going to be released? I thought it had already happened this time last year.

Football gods have UW football in permanent purgatory, so it will look something like this:
3 scrimmages in Sept, then bye week to get it out of way good and early in season. Your October calendar will look like
USC
at Oregon (following Thursday Night)
at Utah
Stanford (Friday night, w/ Cardinal coming off a bye)
Once our dreams have been destroyed as usual, hope will be rekindled for 2017 as we finish with
ASU
At Cal
Oregon State
At WSU
