    So they essentially passed on a case that challenges a ban that seems nearly identical the same ban the govt. enacted between 1994-2004? That one was challenged multiple times in the courts and ruled constitutional. It also didn't really make it any more difficult to obtain the banned guns or high cap magazines, just a little more expensive.

    Just chatted with a fairly well know former athlete tonight. I was absolutely shocked at the number of rounds of ammo he admitted owning.

    In fact, I'm more than surprised at the number of people I know who own guns. Normal upstanding professionals.

    I do not for no other reason than theyve never interested me. But I do admit to having the thought of buying a couple and some ammo for the worst-case doomsday scenario.

    Bought a Spikes Tactical 16": 1:7 twist chrome lined barrel just this afternoon. (Two thumbs up to Oregon Arms and Ammo BTW)

    My AR build will hopefully be done by Jan. 1
