Bleacher Report is your source??!? (Sark's lawyers)

Between the Salute to Troy event in August 2015 and mid-October 2015, again, notwithstanding the professional and personal pressures he faced, Steve Sarkisian performed all his duties and performed them well, leading the team to a 3-1 record. One of those wins was a 42-14 victory against Arizona State University ("ASU"). Sean Frye, writing for the Bleacher Report who issues grades after every USC game, graded Steve Sarkisian an A+ for his work coaching the Trojans to that victory against ASU in September 2015.

Of course there will be testimony that players smelled alcohol on his breath during that game.
-
If bleach report gives you and A+ you are exonerated from any insubordination....

Wonder why the attorneys aren't quoting from Hardcore Husky?

Didn't Sark come out after the Salute to Troy and say he didn't have a problem.
And actually refuse the full treatment SC offered.
He kind of killed himself in the foot in some areas.
-
No. He said that with the help of Haden, they would figure that out, together. Hahahahahaatopdawgnc said:Didn't Sark come out after the Salute to Troy and say he didn't have a problem.

Thank the good Lord. I was truly deppressed I was not going to get anymore enjoyment from this sordid tale.
It lessons the blow of the realization that we employed that asshat for 5 years. -
Recall that ASU was the game where El Siete's own assistants pulled him out of a player huddle for abusive behavior after smelling his boozy breath.
This lawsuit is going nowhere. But its mere existence is glorious. -
I think he'll get a settlement. Employment law in CA is skewed towards the employee, and in Siete's defense, he admitted an addiction and admitted himself into a treatment facility whereupon he was canned. To fire someone while receiving treatment is dangerous. SCs response will be interesting. Don't assume they've got this air tight.

Mouthwash contains alcohol.
Are these kids experts????? -
I'd be shocked if USC ever pays a penny. Haden asked Sark in August whether he had a problem, and the answer was no. This case isn't about disability accommodation; it's about a guy who repeatedly showed up impaired at work.AEB said:I think he'll get a settlement. If I were tasked with making up the stupidest fucking scenario for a moron coach to have the most retardedly epic fit of hubris leading to a downfall, then the fallout of that, I would've never dreamed to write that lawyer's would cite Bleacher Report game grades as evidence of sobriety. Never.
And I think of a lot of weird shit.
God I love life. -

Sark's lawyers will then go to exhibit B (Pac 12 Network's Yogi Roth) for a ton of quotes and then exhibit C (ESPN's Herbstreit) for a ton of quotes and then exhibit D (Colin Cowturd) and then, boom!, they win the law suit.

Whether Sark said no or not, he saw a psychologist and a psychiatrist and began treatment. At that point, his diagnosis should have been in the medical records. He can just ask for a release of his records.TTJ said:
