Fifth: Round up every fuckin raghead in sight and intern them in a giant tire fire.

Allah knows that by their genetic make up they will provide as much fuel as the tires, therefore making frequent restarting of the fire unnecessary.

With #3 - what could possibly go wrong by letting the government have access to our medical records? I can't even think of any unintended consequences. Solid idea.
