As usual, Alabama has easiest road to playoff..

Alabama would lose every conference championship game, against either team, in every other conference ...and to Oklahoma in the big 12. Its just laughable the auto-bid the SEC gets.
Boy did bama look good vs Auburn.. .while everyone else in college football was playing difficult rivalry games vs really good competition. Tide better drop to #4. Oklahoma obviously a better team, we all saw with our own eyes.

Great thread placement as usual

Flagged for stupidity.

Bama will then have the easiest road to the playoff championship game
Then the easiest road to win the championship game
Ohio State should be in but they need Clemson to lose. I think the Buckeyes would win it all again given a chance.
Thankfully no PAC12 teams make the playoff. That league sucks -
Just pulled up the Sagarin ratings to take a quick look at Alabama's SOS. 5th hardest schedule in the country.

Christ, I bet if I look in the Tug Tavern, NFL talk and any other fucking boreds in this shithole, I'll find a @puppylove_sugarsteelFS thread bitching and moaning about Alabama.
@RaceBannon is right, @puppylove_sugarsteel is the King of the fucking Doogs. -
I think @CuntWaffle is wrong about PLSS being a troll/woosh. He actually believes the shit he posts and gets upset when people disagree.

Enough of this shit already. You made your point, now fuck off.

Bama is current odds on favorite to win it all. Like it or not puppy, they're tough and Saban's teams typically get better as the season wears on. If they stay healthy they will most likely win another national title.

I think they're probably the most likely team to win it thanks to the Saban factor but I think Oklahoma has been a better team this year and has a real shot. I'd take the field over Bama (hi @MelloDawg!).Southerndawg said:Bama is current odds on favorite to win it all. I think it's abundance. He knows he's a funny fucker and plays up the fancy feast stuff, but he seriously wants to hate fuck his way through the SEC.PurpleJ said:I think @CuntWaffle is wrong about PLSS being a troll/woosh. He actually believes the shit he posts and gets upset when people disagree.

Bama is 0-1 against the Pac in the Sugar Bowl. Nothing else matters!!
The cool thing is to say "but how is college football a dreckfest this year?", but the field is pretty damn good at the top and I'm excited for the playoff however it shakes out. I would have loved to see this implemented before the BCS. How many great 1 loss teams peaking at the end of the year would have changed history. Miami, UW in 2000. All those USC teams that got jobbed out of a chance.
Clemson, tOSU, MSU, Bama, Oklahoma Pick your poison. -
UW 2000 would not have done well in the playoff. They might have gotten lucky enough to have beaten FSU in the 1-4 game but would have gotten waxed by Miami in the rematch in the championship game.Doogles said:Bama is 0-1 against the Pac in the Sugar Bowl. Nothing else matters!!

UW 1991, 1984 and 1960 probably would have won the whole damn thing, and 1990 would have been very interesting if it could have snuck into the field. -
Agree UW wouldn't have won, but it would have been a pretty crazy lineup. I forgot to add OSU on that list. They might have been the best team in the country at the end of the year. UW can't get left out because they beat both, but a Miami vs the beavs in a play-in would have been damn entertaining.dnc said:

Florida is a joke, back-up QB or not.

Petersen could have been a joke 10-2 as well but he's a joke 6-6 instead
