Why has it taken so long to bring the goal line pylon camera into the mix?

That WR for Oklahomo (ROFLMAO!) just bitch slapped the pylon with the football and, guess what, there was a fucking camera there to verify it. Not only that, but it verified that he didn't step out of bounds first.
Where the hell has this been, and what took so fucking long? Why hasn't every D1 field been decked out with these?
I hope they use these for goal line rushing td's, or is that asking too much (think: Chris Polk at ND)?
Pac-12 will be the last to adopt the new "technology." We'll continue to rely on what a bunch of fucking retarded dolt's think they saw.
