The one hour version is on the Pac12 network tonight.

I was in Portland for the weekend, and saw Jesuit thump Beaverton 70 - 0. It looked like a junior college team playing a junior high team out there.

    Because it was.

One gets to recruit and one doesn't.

Yeah, I'm sure that has a lot to do with it.

No idea who Jesuit's QB was, but he looked 10 x better than Beaverton's, who has committed to Colorado.

Though he might have just looked good against Beaverton's shitty D, while Beaverton's QB looked shitty against Jesuit's stout D.

Good. Now watch carefully the playcalling. Compare-contrast to Boise St. Game. Wonder why Smith is calling a more vertical game in week 7 az opposed to week 1. Oh, look at the blocking and consequent running game. Smits couldnt call plays in game 1. He must have learned over the past 7 weeks, much like the young guys on offense? Naaa, just coincidences. Not symbiotic or anything

He couldn't call plays for weeks 1-6. Arizona just sucks.

Blow it up, please leave. Nobody will know you're gone! Don't let Zona's pac12-leading offensive statistics get in the way of a good thought.

No excuse for J Smith not pounding the rock, Puppy. Come off it.

Im not tickled going away from run Gladis, but with little threat to throw it's pretty hard to run football consistently and at will. Those days are on the very close horizon though Stone, and I'll be as happy as you. Be patient pal, gettin close.

I was a little pissed at Cal game (ditching run) and I was 1st to blame Smits. But doesnt mean he cant call plays.. look at Bevel. Same shit. But he won us a superbowl, should have 2. (Other Pete OK'd slant

Youth doesn't excuse calling bizarre pass plays instead of establishing the run with a young team and a true freshman q.b. Aren't there like 2 TFR on the o line too? I don't memorize the two deep like some of you.

The main thing I've noticed about Smith's play calling, is that it sometimes works against shitty defenses, while it sucks against average or better defenses.
