Southerndawg I havent spoke or seen Mark in a while. I saw him in a photo of one of Orange Bowl Reunion parties. He is on the right with a few other stud O Linemen!
In your experience, has the QB been given the liberty to change the playcalling pre snap based on defensive alignment?
It depends on how much the OC will let him. Young inexperienced QB might have a short leash on being able to change the plays. Peyton Manning can change any call at any time I am sure.

Thank you sir, glad to see I'm not the only one getting older .... cheers!
Would it be possible to upload the podcasts onto Youtube or Stitcher or something? My company blocks the website they are currently being uploaded on, and I would love to listen while I'm pretending to work at my desk.
I realize that I could take the time to download the podcast and put it on an MP3 player, but I thought I'd ask first.

Two simple questions. Do they like what they're seeing? Is the team on track to become the Husky standard us old fucks remember (Don James Dawgs)?
I am encouraged by what I see on defense. Offense is not fun to watch at all but I think we are moving in the right direction. It does take time to put your pieces in place.
As a former offensive lineman, after a win, were you more proud of a 100 yard rushing performance or a 300 yard passing performance?
Always a 100+ yd rushing performance. That was a lot harder and more rewarding that dancing around playing keep away while the QB throws the ball. A good running game meant that you beat the shit out of the other guys. A good passing game was good too just not as fun.
How could Sark, aka the quarterback whisperer, leave such dreadful talent in the system? Shouldn't he have been able to recognize talent and then draft that talent onto the team?
