"Some things" means uninsured families, med devices,flex accounts, small businesses, people with high medical bills and even charitable hospitals.

If Obamacare is successful it will be interesting. If it isn't successful it will also be interesting.
If it is good, Republicans will still bitch about it. If it fails, Democrats will defend it anyway.
