Christ. And they featured that shit.
-
So the author says Husky fans are arrogant and are second from dead dreck in the Pac since 2001.
Backs it with facts:
130-46 - Oregon
95-75 - Oregon State
93-76 - California
92-74 - Stanford
71-97 - Washington
65-99 - Washington State
Now he is a doog?
Got it. -
I’ve resigned myself to the fact that UW may end up being the Minnesota of the Pac-12. Notice,
Mods? Lawyers? -
Oh and disagree with the entire post and the continued life of the poster
-
We are officially the tampon of the pac-12. Awesome
We should just accept it and move on and certainly not expect better -
I would say Colorado is a more accurate comparison since Minnesota hasn't been good in 50 years.RaceBannon said:I’ve resigned myself to the fact that UW may end up being the Minnesota of the Pac-12. Notice,

Buuuuut there already is a Colorado of the Pac-12 so the point stands. -
The Minnesota comparison is owned by Half Brains Inc
-
All they have to do is hire this guy.

Colorado is really bad and they have been for a while.FremontTroll said:

I know it's cool around here to be gloomy but I'm not convinced "we're" Minnesota or CU right now. A good coach can right the ship fairly quickly with what there is to work with. I get the doubts about Pete and share some as well but the jury is still out. Sorry but coming to a conclusion about a coach in some magic number of games between 15-20 is pretty FS. -
Is Bug Dodger any realtion to Sunny Dodger?
I how he compares Hsky football to elementary school. He also talks about humility, but then gives WSU academic smack. -
as always... "Academis smack" = "We suck at sports"greenblood said:Is Bug Dodger any realtion to Sunny Dodger?

Colorado won the B12 in 2001 and the B12 North division in 2002. When was the last time UW won anything?Fire_Marshall_Bill said:

The 2001 Colorado team finished 3rd in the BCS just fractions of a point behind Nebraska- a team they beat by 26 points.
That 2001 team lost its season opener to Fresno State in absolutely fluky fashion by turning the ball over 5 times. Including an interception on Fresno's 3 yard line with 4 minutes to go down 2 points. -

I agree that Washington has some advantages that Colorado and Minnesota don't have. Washington has a bigger recruiting bed than Colorado. Washington also has some isolation schools like Minnesota don't have. Minnesota has Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio St., etc at their back door. Washington on the other hand has Oregon which is 4 hours away as the only immediate rival for recruits. I'm ignoring Oregon St. and Wazzu, because a good coach won't lose kids to those schools.Fire_Marshall_Bill said:

However, the performances on the field fall right in line with Minnesota, and in this case perception is reality. -

The past is for doogs. I care about THIS season. And yes, 6-6 is horrible when we play cupcakes every year. Every fucking team we lost to this year was beatable.MisterEm said:So the author says Husky fans are arrogant and are second from dead dreck in the Pac since 2001.

The worst part was actually the comments, though. Just nuke Seattle now. Classy fucking LOSERS. -
2011-2015 (records attained by kids who were recruited to play for the team*, I never blame the kids by the way)
Oregon - 33-7
Stanford - 32-8
Washington - 20-19
OSU - 15-24
Cal - 11-28
WSU - 11-28
HTH doog, we are mediocre
*not taking into account grandpa cooper, not a dry eye in my eyesockets* -
Who gives a fuck? We have the resources to be successful this season. By your logic, 11-28 Cal shouldn't be 5-1 and 11-28 WSU shouldn't have just beaten Oregon. Jesus Christ. Thanks for proving my point.Muttzen said:2011-2015 (records attained by kids who were recruited to play for the team*, I never blame the kids by the way)

The article says we are terrible, I disagree, I think we are mediocre. We should be better, but we aren't.

Except that isn't the point the author is making.Muttzen said:The article says we are terrible, I disagree, I think we are mediocre. We should be better, but we aren't.

"At some point we as fans need to accept that we have been a bad football program for a long time now and that it's going to take a lot of patience and work to get back to where we once were."
Thinly veiled owen12 excuse.
