When our offense doesn't turn the ball over 5 times the defense is damn good.
12 points. On the road. Versus a very talented offense. Pressure. Turnovers. Physicality.
I've seen all I need to see to know this defense can play with anybody.

Does Kawasaki have the blueprint to stop Oregon?

One game. Beat Oregon then pop off!
-
Yes but unfortunately the blueprint has to sit out a half thanks to Pac 12 RefsFuckingStupidJaWarrenJaHooker said:Does Kawasaki have the blueprint to stop Oregon?

Surprised that none of you fucks get it yet. Maybe boobs can clue you in. With citrus.

Beyond the stats, this is what a defense should look like. Multiple studs and the role players aren't dumbass wastes of space like the defenses in past years.
The biggest thing that stands out is the hitting. These guys can fucking hit. There have been some good LB's in the past 5-10 years that played for UW, but none were as physical as Victor. That guy sets the fucking tone. Bierria and Feeney coming fast on the blitz and chasing Kessler down.
Kessler was hating life tonight. He had a 15-1 TD to INT ratio and went 0-2 tonight. Physical DB's that tackle and play smart. -
They can hit, but can they wrap up?
-
5:30 left in 3rd quarter answers your questionPurpleJ said:They can hit, but can they wrap up?

Not just one game, that's the point. The defense played well in the Cal game too. Some of us could see that.PurpleJ said:One game. Beat Oregon then pop off!

Yep this defense makes you hate life. Victor might be my favorite UW LB since Hoffman if he keeps this up. He's everywhere like Foster was but he's a hitting machine. The DB's are very good 1-4 and still solid behind that. The D line is probably just average but there's some upside there too and we know Choate can develop DL.RoadDawg55 said:Beyond the stats, this is what a defense should look like. I'm not saying this is 91 or 84 by any means. But it's a top 2 defense in the conference at minimum based on everything we've seen so far. The only unanswered question is can they stop the spread. We'll see.
