    Being the victim of someone else's incompetence, and wanting compensation for their incompetence -- has nothing to do with who is or isn't paying your college tuition.

    And how the fuck does anybody know who is paying the tuition anyway?

    Many of our public colleges lure out of country students that will pay out of state tuition, because those colleges make a lot more money that way -- which results in lower taxes for the populace.
