    Seriously not trying to be a dick, but Browning was playing Utah State. Heard has wheels and things are starting to come together for him. Seems similar for Browning. Both will be very good college QBs. Unlike Jeff Lockie.
    Browning hasn't proven anything, just saying that we need to see heard against a competent defense before we say he's good
