They made the mistake of not tanking last year. Now if they tank their best option at QB is Cook, and he isn't #1 pick worthy.
Off topic: Has Tampa fired their GM yet? Because Mariota vs Winston may be like Manning vs Leaf, except the first pick went to Leaf2.0. -
