Everyone in Texas knows that Baylor is a hypocritical piece of shit college. Nobody really cares. If Briles and company batten down the hatches and shut the fuck up they will ride this thing out.
What really matters is winning, and Briles is the first coach to do that at Baylor in like, ever. -
Baylor has got to be the greatest example of academic/institutional (hyper baptist) integrity vs. athletic ambition. This could start a fire they can't control. And I think Baylor could be arrogant enough to think they don't need him (example: Tech firing Leach).
