    In all fairness, it's "only" 41% off. Don't forget that one of the football games was half off. UW does not discriminate against it's sports.

    I don't know if that's fully a slight on Woodward, as demeaning as it is for UW to be featured on Groupon. Was he supposed to fire Romar 2-3 years ago? I'm not sure that makes sense. Going forward, on the other hand, we will see how effectual Woodward is in raising the standard for the basketball team. If he makes it clear to Romar and the fans that more wins are necessary or else changes will be made, that's great. If instead Woodward does a soft shoe routine and sends the message that Romar is here for life, then the program is officially fucked. Kind of like how we fear that UW football is settling in for another decade of 7-6.
